The Mohn Westlake Foundation is supporting The Reach Foundation to develop the Reach Children’s Hub, a new charitable initiative providing a wide range of activities to support children, young people and families in Feltham.
Projects supported by the work of the Hub include:
Feltham Futures; a wide-ranging careers and higher education progression programme for local students that will enable them to live lives of choice and opportunity.
Feltham Early Learning Community; delivered in partnership with Save the Children, this project is aimed at improving early learning outcomes in the local area. The project includes the Early Years Network, which offers free, monthly professional development and networking opportunities.
Girls’ Group; a support, empowerment and informal education group targeted at female students who have been identified as at-risk or vulnerable.
The NCT Birth & Beyond Community Supporters; a volunteer-led peer support group for new mums.
Families Connect and PEEP; group programmes helping parents to support their child’s learning.
Family Links; a group support programme for parents to create a nurturing home environment.
